Never book Oyo rooms. This hotel was pathetic. Rooms were smelling, not upto the mark. Fans were not working. We ordered lunch at 4pm , we received at 6pm. And whatever we received, we don't order that food. I had a word with manager, he too very disrespectful. Rates are high and quality is very poor.

I stayed this hotel only one hour asd found room and bathrooms are in very bad condition , not clean at all , I requested for change room but all rooms are same , and after I requested for refund amount , they decilned Finally I left this place and booked other hotel . Please don't go this hotel , you you stay this hotel 100% you become seek . They don't know how to speak with guest and after requesting also not cleaning room . I booked through booking.com , there they shoeing very good rooms but in reality all rooms are very very bad smelling and not cleaned

Mouldy rooms and rip-off managers

Summary: Do not stay here Unnecessarily Extensive explanation: We booked this expensive room expecting good things from the photos but on arrival were told we would have to pay 500 rupees to check in early even though our booking said it was free if available at the time we arrived. The manager then proceeded to ask for payment before we had even seen the room and added gst even though this was included in the price of the booking. They then put in more than the agreed amount to the card machine which did not display the entered amount, so we overpaid a small sum without being warned. When I asked about this we did eventually get our money back, but it was a bad start, very unwelcoming and unprofessional to make your customers feel like they are being ripped off on arrival! When we were shown our room it was nicely finished but had no windows to the outside world so we asked to move and were helped kindly to do so with our bags by one of the staff who was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the second rooms ac didn't work and was not finished as nicely having damp coming through the ceiling. Our third room had a partially functioning a/c box so we took it even though it was the worst of the three rooms and had huge mouldy patches on the ceiling. On leaving we again mentioned that gst should not have been added to the price to a different manager, he also refused to give us back this difference even though it was only about 200 rupees, it just compounded the sour taste the arrival had left in our mouths, so we hastily left with only 7 rupees less than the 37 rupees overpayment on top of the overpayment retrieved. The one good thing is we left happy, smiling that we would not have to stay there another night!

The hotel was in a good location, easy to find but the rooms were small. The mattress was not good. The interior was okay, food was overpriced. The rates did not match the standard. Overall experience was just okay. Wouldn't recommend.

Last night (17/03/2018) we booked hotel city plaza in sector 17c, Chandigarh. But when we reached, the hotel staff told us that all rooms have been sold out. We questioned them for such a fraud service but didn't get any satisfactory answers. We are highly disappointed for this. Both hotel and OYO services are to be blamed here for such an ill service. I will use only one word for your services and that is "untrustworthy" and will never recommend anyone for the oyo services and of ofcourse city plaza 17c.
